Our website, easterncamp.org, is active, and registration will begin on May 9th.

  • You will need to create a new account on our registration processing site CampBrain (accn.campbrainregistration.com)
  • Full Payment is required at the time of your registration being approved. A registration fee will be processed at the time of submitting your application and the remainder of the charges will be processed when your applications are approved.
    We accept USA bank account debit (ACH), and credit cards: AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa
  • ALL registrations received after Saturday, July 1st MUST stay off grounds.
  • Cancellations must be received by Noon on Thursday, June 26th at support@easterncamp.org in order to receive a refund, less registration fees.
  • Schedules for all (Jr. Dept, Teens, and Adults) have changed. Check the website under the download tab to view the new schedules for 2025 available in a few weeks.
  • Linens: We encourage everyone to bring your own linens (including pillow and blankets) and for your loved ones if possible. Rented linens will be available during the registration process if needed for $20.
  • Suites MUST be shared by two families. You will need to bring mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, and blankets for your children. Please make your arrangements with your suite mates before you both register so you can both put the “suite mate names” on your application when you register.
  • Volunteering: All full-time members are required to volunteer for 2 hours for the week. The registration process will not let converted campers go any further until signed up for at least the minimum required hours of service. Camp operates by volunteers so we need everyone’s help. PLEASE make sure you honor all your volunteer commitments and show up to do the job you choose. Choirs are not counted as a volunteer position.
  • Adult Forum information and a PDF form of the booklet will be available to download from the website in June.
  • PARENTS: if you cannot come to camp full time, any child / minor 17 or under will need a guardian. These are the requirements for your child to be in the care of a guardian:
  • Guardian must be a full time, on campus, a member of the ACCN, be over the age of 21, and may not have more than 2 minors in their care (in addition to their own children)
  • Guardian must be aware and willing (prior to your registration) to do their part of being a “parent” to your child during camp
  • You need to provide a name, cell phone number, and email address of the guardian during registration
  • You must complete a medical release and liability waiver electronically signed via Docusign. This form must be fully signed before your registration will be processed

Check-in will begin Sunday, July 20th at 2:00pm. You will NOT be able to get into your rooms until after that time. Please do not come early.
